He has worked on search, email, blog search, the Ya.ru platform, images, videos, internal tools and many other services in various roles. He actively develops technologies and tools for building websites. One of the two co-authors of the BEM methodology. Leads the Interface Design School at Yandex. More recently has been involved in usability development, hiring and training.
