Plastic Paddles in a Multi-threaded Sandbox

We'll talk about implementation of multi-threading in JS. We will touch upon such things as Atomics, Transferable Objects, consider Semaphore and Mutex patterns. We'll build our own "spaceplanes" and "bicycles".
