They Say AI Is Everywhere, So Is There Anything That Can Be Automated?

Room 1In Russian

3.5 developers, infinite bugs — time to automate!

We have a small team and bugs keep piling up. Instead of hiring a fourth developer, we decided to automate everything we could. We went from "supposedly this could work" to building our own automated workflow: grab a bug from Jira, pull context from Sentry, have an AI agent diagnose the issue, and create a pull request — all in minutes instead of hours of manual work. In parallel, we built quality gates: AI code review, E2E tests — we iterated several times before landing on a working solution.

Implementation wasn't smooth: cognitive load kept mounting, prompts kept breaking, and early results were mediocre at best. In this talk, I'll walk through the entire journey — what worked, what didn't, how much it costs, and where we're still hitting bumps. I'll share how to start if you have a small team drowning in tasks, and what practices you can steal right now.
