Today, the IT industry in Russia is having a real hard time Bridging the Gap and working with American and other Western countries. There's a lot of Desire because the money is good to work with projects related to American companies. How do we pass these pre-sales and turn them into projects for our company? How do we get our developer to work as an Outsource developer and have them pass their interviews with America?
