Anatomy of Agentic Systems

AI is playing an ever-growing role in our daily lives. For the past year, I've been developing an agent orchestration platform for coding and integrating agentic development into our team's processes. In this talk, I want to share how it all works in practice.

We'll start with LLMs, see how an LLM becomes an agent, and how an agent turns into an agentic system. We'll build a toy agent with a local LLM, and then an orchestration system on top of it. Along the way, we'll look at the key challenges and approaches to solving them.

The talk combines theory and practice. It's for anyone who wants to understand how agentic systems work under the hood and start automating their own processes.
