WebMCP — Where Frontend Meets AI Agents

Room 3In Russian

WebMCP is a new way to make web interfaces understandable for AI agents directly in the browser. Instead of forcing a model to parse the DOM and "guess" user actions, an application can explicitly expose available operations as tools.

We’ll explore the practical benefits this brings: how WebMCP reduces token consumption by providing structured action contracts instead of full DOM context, and in which scenarios this actually impacts cost and reliability. We’ll also look at how execution speed changes and why performance gains depend on UI complexity.

Finally, we’ll compare WebMCP with traditional approaches like browser automation and DOM-based interaction to understand where it truly simplifies AI integration—and where it still remains an experimental solution.
