An Interactive Assistant in the App. How to Block the Entire Interface for the User and Make Them Happier

My team has been developing an orchestrator for business services with automatic form generation for several years. Often, the client's path is unknown in advance, and no matter how much we want to, it's impossible to design a proper UX in such conditions.

To make the user experience easier, we decided to implement a step-by-step scenario system where the user can perform their business tasks without constantly contacting support.

The core of this system was extracted into a separate open-source library.
