• With a contract and convenient scheme (that's why Polina often uses GraphQL).
• Fast (so she can compress pictures and videos in many ways).
• Good at solving its task (if needed, Polina can drag in the right pieces in C or Rust, compiling them into Wasm).
• And most importantly — user-friendly :)

It's interesting to use all the power of the web platform to create really useful applications. And Polina also likes ML and drawing dragons.
